This sofa was my first sofa.
I got it right before I moved in to my first home and it’s seen the transformation of a blank box into a home during a pandemic.

I’m sad to be putting it up for sale but times change and we needed something a little different.

Bought August 2019.
Second hand from a local fb and eBay seller.

The only things about living in my flat is minimal outdoor space.
I would love to have more outdoor space to grow fruit, veg and flowers but for now I am so thankful to have the Dover community garden and my family home giving me such beautiful produce.

Next year will be the year I pimp my balcony so I can grow my own! Any advice welcome!!

More cooking… I’ve never really been one to eat (what I’d call) well but I need to.
I’ve always been better at baking and treats are needed so keeping a bag of frozen homemade cookies in the freezer is my preference over packets of biscuits.
But I can now add Muma D’s well loved bolognese to my batch cooking list!!

In the long run batch cooking good meals means I can get on with my day to day without worrying too much what’s for dinner…

Also loving being able to support small businesses like in Sandwich… great day out, especially with kids. Definitely take some sandwiches if you want to make a day of it.

Been a bit quiet on the account recently.... I’ve been working on stuff and participating in .

It was my 30th yesterday too, I would have liked to go on holiday but the sun came out, had breakfast on the seafront with the parents, saw one of best friends and spent a lovely evening with my boyfriend.

It was sad not to be able to spend it with all the people that matter most but hopefully that day will soon come, and we will all celebrate all the things we’ve missed and being able to be together again!

Hello again! Sorry if you’ve forgotten who I am... work, life, diy has been all over the place.
I feel like I’m constantly adjusting to keep on top of it all and IG has been bottom of the list; same old story right!?

Sometimes you just don’t want anything else to go wrong!

The sink over flowed, the original 1950s metal pipe is rusted and needs replacing and it’s a whole dirty, dusty and expensive job, that means taking out part of the black ash concrete block wall.

I have several other things to do this month inc a fairly big custom order, a workshop and a few single orders for Studio SVPD and also Dover Digital Pride, plus all the other things for my home, like filling cracks and painting doors.
Can life just ease up a bit please!!

Just needing a rant and then I’ll get back to it!
