"Passive income" they said 😂
This is me on Sunday, on the floor of our newly built HMO shower room. Scrubbing grout and dust off every shower room to make sure it was picture 📸 perfect. (And yes, we normally have an after build clean which is happening ready for the viewings but we couldn't book them ready for the pics as the builders we're still doing bits on Saturday).
So we've got to do what we've got to do! 🏚️➡️🏠 my small contribution this weekend vs what the rest of the guys have done!
