Our business is operated from our office in Dunbar, East Lothian, where our team of experienced property managers can assist with all aspects tailored to our individual clients' requirements. Within opening hours all telephone calls are answered by our friendly staff and we do not have an automated call system. We provide our clients with three different packages to cater for their property management needs: our Advertising Only (Bronze) package, our Tenant Find (Silver) package and our Fully Managed (Gold) package. Many clients do not wish to be involved in the day to day management of their property because while many tenant queries or requests can be small, they can be time consuming: for this reason many choose our Gold Package. When we carry out an appraisal at your property, we will outline exactly what is included in our Bronze, Silver and Gold Packages, so you can decide. Tenant Services
