A beautiful bolt of good news to pull us out of post pandemic blues

A tourist attraction expected to bring millions of visitors to Dundee will offer a "beacon of hope" after coronavirus, it is claimed.

Dundee leading the way with innovation and saving jobs. The land of the old factory is being developed into a centre for advanced manufacturing and technology in the fields of sustainable transport and low carbon energy.

More than 30 companies are making proposals to set up at the Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc (MSIP) which will be created on the site of the former tyre factory.

And usually when that happens people will focus on the negative (perception)

On our call last night we talked about focussing on the market as a whole, and how it works in a yin and yang way.
Things like. .
✅. When demand or supply for buying drops - demand for rental flies (we have record prices currently) 🤷🏻‍♂️
✅. When the market drops you have an opportunity to buy at the lowest price it will be in years - so you may lose on one but you now have the to make much more in 🏠
✅. The tanks when people aren’t spending money, so not spending “in case” it happens, actually makes it happen 🤦🏻‍♂️
✅. Be clear what YOU want to happen for your career as a - people are often scared of something that may be an opportunity 🙋🏻‍♂️
✅. Look for - as a the news is less important to how you react and adapt to it 👊🏻
