I have been doing cold water therapy for months now, started off with cold showers and progressed on to daily to dips in the tub.

There are a number of reasons people do this type of therapy. It helps keeps you focused along side helping your mental health, anxiety and stress levels to name a few!

Before I was in this mind set i was getting anxious and stressed very easily and i can honestly say this therapy has reduced that increadibly.

It dosent matter how good or bad people are doing they can be subjected to feeling low or stressed!

Focus on what you can control in your life and not what you cant control. This goes the same in business.

Once you master this you will start to feel better.

So anyone struggling day to day give it a bash! ❄️
