I’m so excited to have a website for Wallace Property Compliance. I had been debating for a long time then found Dylan at Forth Host & Web Design who was able to do absolutely everything and went above for me as a customer.

The Polar Academy are an amazing charity to follow. The journey of teenagers going through fitness training to complete a 10 day polar expedition in March 2024 Greenland.
They are all fantastic 💪 my 16 year old Son Jamie is lucky enough to be a part of the team.

Landlords - Thinking of renovating or upgrading your property to meet current letting EPC standards?

Please consider the following. As I’m seeing landlords loose out in an EPC after upgrading especially internal wall insulation.

If you are insulating your walls internally then you need to prove the insulation is present and how many mm of insulation is available.

If an assessor can’t see it - they can’t measure it and can’t prove it exists.

Download a time stamp app during renovation and take photos with the measuring tape alongside the insulation depth. This is evidence you can keep for any EPC assessor. Or you can use a completion certificate outlining the information.

If you don’t have any of this information then your options are limited.

Rhys Patterson ready for work experience today with Wallace Property Compliance. Listening to everything that was explained by myself regarding Legionella Risk Assessments, PAT testing and a property Inventory. So polite and cheery visiting tenants in their homes. Everyone was very welcoming. It was a half day today but Rhys is going to be getting stuck into an inventory himself tomorrow. He will be inspecting the property and taking all photographic evidence himself. I’ll be hovering around with a coffee in my hand 👍
