Our Aberdeenshire eco home project is moving forward at pace and looking fantastic. 👏🏼
This contemporary new build is being constructed to full Passivehaus standards, giving our client an ultra efficient, comfortable and future-proofed home.

The workmanship on site has been exceptional, and its great to see the design coming to life.✨️
Our surveyors are continuing to support the commercial and contract administration side to keep everything running smoothly right through to completion 👍🏼

Our Surveyors at have been keeping busy - both on site and behind the scenes.

A few snaps from an ongoing rural Angus project for one of our repeat Main Contractor clients.

From early-stage estimating to preparing payment applications, identifying variations, and co-ordinating subcontractors, our team handles the commercial workload so our client can stay focused on delivering the project.

It’s been a busy and really positive start to the year, with new instructions coming in from both existing and new Clients — a great way to kick off 2026.

One project we’re especially excited about is our appointment by Lochee Boys and Girls Club to provide Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer services for the proposed extension and refurbishment of their boxing club.

This one means a lot. It’s a fantastic community asset, and we’re proud to play a part in helping develop facilities that will benefit local young people for years to come. We’re also delighted to be teaming up again with Leadingham Jameson Rogers & Hynd and Narro Engineers to bring the project to life.

🏗️ Project Completion – Osprey Court Care Home, Alyth

We are delighted to announce the recent completion of Osprey Court Care Home, a new 3,400m², 60‑bed facility at Pitcrocknie Village, Alyth.

With amenities including a cinema, café, salon, landscaped gardens, and private dining, the home offers residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care in a modern, purpose‑built environment.
