Do you really need to be in Dundee city centre to run your business?
This is one of our beautiful rooms at Northwood House 1880.
South-facing, full of natural light and overlooking the gardens.
It’s exactly the sort of space we have available now to suit small teams of four or five people.
The cost is £275 per desk per month, all-inclusive plus VAT.
So before you compare that with a city-centre office, make sure you’re comparing the full cost.
Parking in Dundee city centre can be around £10–£12 a day per person for a full working day.
For a team of four or five people, that quickly becomes a serious monthly cost before you even get into internet, heating, electricity , repairs and everything else involved in running your own office.
At Northwood, you’ve got parking, fast internet, shared facilities, meeting space, and a setting like this.
You’re in Broughty Ferry, you’re surrounded by greenery, and you’re still only a short drive from Dundee.
I still think businesses sometimes assume they have to be in the city centre simply because that’s what businesses have always done.
But do you really?
Clients are mobile. Staff are mobile. Meetings happen everywhere now.
So if you’ve got a team of four or five and you’re thinking about your next office get in touch and I’ll happily show you around.
