Another great week of progress at 50 Racecourse Road, Ayr. Our landscape team are back on site and ready to put the final touches to our open spaces, with bark and turf going down today and continuing in the courtyard next week.

Inside Strathdoon House, plot 4 is now ready for its new owner in the coming days. The hallway light they have chosen looks beautiful.

Gray Homes are delighted to present plot number 1, ready for the new owner in the coming days. Plot 1 is situated on the ground floor of the beautiful Strathdoon House. It enjoys impressive 2.4m high windows to flood the rooms with daylight and has generous living space. There is an added benefit of a lovely garden space at the rear, which is rare in flatted developments.

Plot 1 at 50 Racecourse Road is ready to go. The living room on this property was the original for Strathdoon House with beautiful views from those large bay windows. A stunning home.

Great progress at 50 Racecourse Road this week. Our brass was back where it belongs on this historic front doorway and looks wonderful.

We have worked hard to protect the authentic features in the building where we can, including the original cornice in plot 3, which has been updated with an led light design to show it at its best.

We are proud to restore this beautiful building.

Black was our colour of the week at 50 Racecourse Road, Ayr. Our team have started painting the original storm doors (watch out for the brass going back on next week) and working that theme throughout the common areas and stairwell. It’s going to look great.

Plot 3 and 4 floor tiles are looking beautiful in black and look spectacular in that kitchen. Very stylish.

You helped create a vision for off plan sales with my customers with your incredible CGI designs and supported our customers as they were making their important design choices for their new home. Kitchens and floors were the order of the day at 50 Racecourse Road, Ayr. The amazing arrived today and managed to complete solid surface worktops and upstands to 4 kitchens in one day. Amazing effort and they are looking fantastic for our customers.

On the ground floor, plots 1 and 2 have all floor tiling complete and screeds are now in place ready for customer choice Amtico flooring.

A busy day, but grateful for all the effort from our trades team in making a challenging workday run smoothly.

Excellent week of progress at 50 Racecourse Road, Ayr. As we are approaching final completions, it was great to see our kitchens being installed this week. They will look fantastic when the quartz worktops go on in the next week or so. Our main hall space is now plastered and painted ready for finishing touches and our tilers and painters are progressing well in the bathrooms.

Plot 3 Lounge is going to look spectacular with the original plasterwork. The ceiling detail is really looking good.

Lots more to do, but great progress all round.

A great week of progress at 50 Racecourse Road, Ayr.

Our team have been working hard inside the original Strathdoon House building and we are now starting to see our beautiful new homes taking shape.

Kitchens, wall tiling, first coat painting and electrical work all progressing well. Fantastic to see this old building getting a new lease of life.

Fantastic progress at St George’s Church in Arran. Our central stair core is now complete and all levels now accessible. Look at the stone arch on the 2nd floor, the former rear window of the church forming a beautiful hallway feature.

Lots of work still to come, but the development is taking shape.

Another great week at 50 Racecourse Road, Ayr. We were delighted to hand over keys to plot 7, which completes the courtyard side of the development.

Only 4 more families to join us inside the main building and then our premiere development will be complete.
