Today we are celebrating two exceptional members of the Campion Homes team, Alan Chalmers and Ali Graham, as they prepare to retire after more than 45 years of combined service.🎉
Their unwavering commitment has helped shape the business we are today, and their impact will be felt across Campion for many years to come.
Throughout their time with Campion Homes, Alan and Ali have played a pivotal role in supporting, shaping and leading the Commercial team. Their knowledge, commitment and experience will leave a lasting impact on the business, but it is their warmth, humour and support for colleagues that will be remembered just as strongly. To many across the company, they have been far more than excellent leaders. They have been mentors, steady guides and trusted friends who helped make Campion Homes a great place to work.
Ali has always been known for his quick wit and ability to lift spirits, while Alan’s dedication to Campion Homes has become something of a legend, with colleagues joking that there was a time when they thought he slept at his desk.
Reflecting on his time with the company, Alan said: “The company has gone from strength to strength since I first joined 26 years ago, and it will continue to do so thanks to a wide range of quality people across the business. The people are what I will miss most.”
Executive Chairman, Pete Bell, added, “Alan was one of our earliest recruits at Campion Homes and has been at the heart of our Commercial team for over 25 years. Ali joined a few years later and, together with Alan, has strengthened the business and supported the development of many colleagues.
