Eastwood House is a gem of faded Victorian elegance sitting in a stunning location on the banks of the River Tay about half a mile from Dunkeld in Perthshire and is available for private hire throughout the year. It is a short, scenic, riverside walk away from the centre of beautiful Dunkeld which lies at the gateway to highland Perthshire in an area well known for its natural scenic beauty, its history and culture and its proximity to a wide range of outdoor pursuits. Eastwood can accommodate up to 20 guests. Our 5 public rooms at ground floor level, and the majority of the 9 bedrooms above, are south facing with stunning river, hill and Dunkeld views. The house is well stocked with logs and kindling from our woods for the open fires in the public rooms, all of which are in working order, and the entrance hall stove. The house has gas fired central heating throughout and a new storage and distribution system guaranteeing plenty of hot water at all times. Our gardens are open to all to explore and enjoy and we have a house salmon rod for use in our named Tay salmon pools. The Public Rooms
