Fault finding (and fixed ) in Thorley , Waltham abbey and Chelmsford today , 3 customers with tv viewing restored 😀👍, yesterday in Purleigh near Maldon was a large house with control 4 and a Neo matrix system and one tv with no signal , problem diagnosed within an hour , fixed by the 2nd hour , cabling fitted 6 years ago but installer has gone missing , cat 6 damaged 3.2 metres away within ceiling , luckily a spare was nearby , toned out and swapped , tv viewing restored !! 😀🙌
