We have now completed Stage 1 of the engagement and would like to thank you for your feedback and input.

Taking on board your comments we have begun the process of developing a Spatial Framework for the site. We are now looking for your opinions and valuable feedback on our ideas, which will then feed into the final stage of the design development.

Homes England are taking a fresh look at the Land to the East of Houghton Park Road and would like to get your valuable input and local knowledge in order to inform the design of this new neighbourhood.

We have set up this webpage to provide information on the project and team, details and updates on future engagement sessions and information on the application once it is submitted to track the progress. A community consultation page will also be set up to specifically to engage with the local residents and community of Houghton Regis which will be shared soon!
