A three bed house refurbishment, the works consisting of:
- the house was painted in a neutral colour
- the old carpet on the first floor has been replaced with modern laminate flooring
- the kitchen was replaced with a new one including new appliances
- new oven, sink , chimney extractor

- all the pipes were installed through the ceiling feeding the bathrooms and the radiators from the upper rooms
- underfloor heating was successfully installed in the kitchen, living room and corridor
- the plant room is in a corner of the kitchen and will be incorporated into the kitchen furniture, there being the boiler, watermain, gas, manifold, megaflo, everything will be mounted there, the installation is in progress...

We started the demolition of some interior walls to extend the upstairs bathroom and make room to build the downstairs bathroom🪚, the same thing in the kitchen we demolished the walls to widen it🧱, in total we removed around 5 walls🏗, at the same time removing the wallpaper and the carpet plus the old gypsum ceilings 🤝🏠
