A three bed house refurbishment, the works consisting of:
- the house was painted in a neutral colour
- the old carpet on the first floor has been replaced with modern laminate flooring
- the kitchen was replaced with a new one including new appliances
- new oven, sink , chimney extractor
- in the bathroom a new toilet and sink with cabinet plus a new towel radiator were installed
