Experience the dramatic east coast, from Coille Na Creige Lodges.

"The Odyssey" The new Hollywood adaptation of Homer's epic poem, featuring Matt Damon, Tom Holland and Anne Hathaway features stunning scenery including Finlater Castle (used as Circe's island, where the sorceress turns the crew into pigs) Sunnyside beach below, Portsoy Harbour and Culbin forest (where the warriors battle with the unforgiving giants)

Locals enjoyed watching over the filming last year, the huge ship used in the epic could be seen sailing along the Caledonian Canal in Inverness on its way along the coast.

🎂 🐕 Celebrating his 5th birthday today at Coille Na Creige Lodges , Zai has unfortunately been dismissed from his weekend changeover duties 🧹🪣 🐾

Despite numerous warnings, he has been repeatedly discovered sleeping 😴 💤 or chasing squirrels🐿️ rather than working.

🐶 He is currently seeking employment at the local butchers 🍗 🦴where he says he would find the work far more rewarding.

When asked to comment, Zai said "Woof" 🐕 🐾
