" I check the epc status on the epc registered, then ask what your living status is i.e tenant homeowner, finally if you are in receipt of the listed benefits or annual income (redcar, northumberland and durham postcodes only) if this all applies I will book in a face to face appointment to take more details and get the surveyor booked in ( this will see what grants you can claim) and the final step recieve free interal wall insulation and heating controls upgraded "
