One of nature's natural lawnmowers. A much better sound than the drone of petrol driven equivalent in the background. Fortunately, the sound of chomping grass interspersed with enthusiastic mooing is what we hear most often in the fields surrounding .

As much as we love living in the , we do like to get away now and again and explore somewhere different. I took this video of Caroline this morning at the summit of the Bealach na Bà pass in . Near zero visibility, howling wind and driving rain made the very steep and winding single track road and interesting challenge on the motorcycle. The sign at the bottom advising inexperienced drivers not to try it was giving out sound advice.
