Thursday Thoughts 💭

This week's market figures show there are now more than 731,000 homes available for sale across the UK, giving buyers considerably more choice than they had just a few years ago.

At first glance, that might sound challenging for sellers. However, buyer demand remains healthy. What has changed is that buyers can afford to be more selective.

As a result, we're seeing a clear divide between homes that are priced correctly from day one and those that enter the market too optimistically.

Properties that are presented well, and launched at a realistic price, continue to generate strong interest, while those that miss the mark often require price adjustments later to regain momentum.

It's a useful reminder that in today's market, strategy matters just as much as demand.
