For us as managers, we need to respond quickly, get the right people involved, and make sure the property is secure again.

Our HMO journey started with two people learning property around full-time jobs.

Evenings and weekends were spent at networking events, meeting people already in the industry and learning from every conversation.

We didn’t have everything figured out when we started, but we knew that taking action and learning consistently would move us forward.
