We’re pleased to have completed an external repair and redecoration project at Belgrave Place, a Grade II listed building within the prestigious Grosvenor Estate in Central London.

Delivered over a 20-week contract, the works included external repairs, redecoration and recovery of the main flat roofs.

Kingston Morehen Director, Kevin Feakins, says “We are delighted to have been appointed, and to have now have successfully completed, an external repair and redecoration project at Belgrave Place. The most challenging element was recovering the main flat roofs under a myriad of building services equipment, pipes and cables, and air conditioning plant.”

A Cracking View..

We’re reaching new heights in defect diagnose ! An Intrusive investigation from a cherry picker was the only way to SEA the cause of the cracking on this seafront block of flats.

We also have drones for roof inspections, so please get in touch if you need help with any building defects in those hard to reach places.
