Zita Ginger has 15 years’ experience in the property letting industry and is well known and respected in our local community. She holds the relevant qualifications, and brings her previous experience in Hotels and Holiday Resort Management to give an exceptional understanding of our various customers’ needs. Ms Ginger has also been working closely with the local council relating to different class

es of property use and tenant related issues. She will provide our landlords with practical, theoretical and strategic expertise in this challenging and rewarding environment. Peter Sanders has 20 years’ experience in private lettings and in the last 16 years has specialised in residential block management, winning awards locally and nationally for customer service in this field. He’s been an estate agent for 16 years, starting as a junior Negotiator in a corporate agency and quickly grasped a wide knowledge of the business exceeding targets and going the extra mile. He has also managed an independent agency locally. Dan has an excellent knowledge of Eastbourne and the surrounding villages, and he is proud to do a task well and to the best of his abilities. James Sibley has joined us as our Lettings Negotiator. James’ drive is excellent customer service and contributing to an ever expanding business. Having stepped foot in the industry through an internship in an estate agents in France, James is now building a career in the lettings sector. For James, property is a real passion thanks to experience in France in property renovations. James looks forward to helping you with any queries you may have.

Peter Sanders has 25 years’ experience in private lettings and in the last 13 years has specialised in residential block management, winning awards locally and nationally for customer service in this field.

James Sibley has joined us as our Negotiator/Administrator. James’ drive is excellent customer service and contributing to an ever expanding business. Having stepped foot in the industry through an internship in an estate agents in France, James is now building a career in the lettings sector.
