Planning permission granted for four homes in Colehill, Wimborne.

We are pleased to have assisted our clients to secure full planning permission for four new homes in Colehill.

The site had previously had planning permission for four homes. Our clients favoured an alternative design approach and we worked with the clients and architects to arrive at a scheme that met the client's aspirations whilst still being consistent with the parameters deemed acceptable for the previous permission. Planning permission was granted under delegated powers.

We are delighted to have assisted our clients to secure planning permission to construct eleven new homes in West Dean, Hampshire.
The development will comprise of four market homes, two self-build plots and five affordable homes. Spruce Town Planning and the Applicants worked with the Parish Council and Local Authority to ensure the new development would meet local needs.
In addition to the new homes the development will provide for new footpath links and land for ecological enhancements.
Permission was granted under delegated powers.
