Do you struggle to sell room 1 in your HMO?

This is typically the downstairs front room next to the door and looking out onto the street.

Tenants often ask, ""Is it noisy?"", ""Will I get any privacy?"".

A simple and really effective solution is to add privacy film to your window. The height can be adjusted to needs and requirements, but just needs to be high enough to allow the light to get in, but no nosey parkers to stare through.

It still looks stylish in this room and doesn't look an eyesore from outside either.

Let's face it, we have all seen the sheet hanging up at the front window 'Squatter' look 😂 and it's not great when you take a tenant to view your property.
