Saturday was a very emotional day.
It was the final workshop (No 10) of my 38th yearlong Property Mastermind Programme. We always invite some of the students to share their inspirational journey with the rest of the group, to inspire them and explain how they've achieved such incredible life changing results in just 12 months.
The presentations were particularly inspiring this year, and if you want to watch them yourself, to learn what these are very successful investors have achieved and exactly how they've done it, then you could click on the link in the comments box to see for yourself just what's possible in property when you have the right education mindset and support.
It's great to see and hear about the properties that have been purchased, the high-quality homes we can provide for tenants and of course the cash flow generated from these.
But to be honest, I get more excited when you hear about the personal growth all of our mastermind delegates have achieved regardless of how many properties they have acquired or not.
Seeing people develop and grow as individuals, and the relationships, friendships and trust formed over the 12 months on Mastermind is truly inspiring and reminds me of why I have done this for the past 19 years since 2007.
