Vinyasa at N/Q🧘
We are so pleased to start offering weekly yoga classes in our wellbeing space, and would like to introduce you to our yoga teacher, Victoria Logan.
Victoria has been practicing yoga for over ten years, and currently teaches and runs workshops in lots of studios around Edinburgh. She leads a slower but strong vinyasa flow practice, exploring and encouraging the creation of space in the physical body. Victoria will explore with you the importance of moving consciously with the breath & connecting the postures together in a way that can cultivate deeper self-awareness. In doing so, nurturing the body’s ability to stabilise & ground, and generate profound healing and a sense of calm.
Victoria will be running a class for N/Q tenants every Thursday evening from 530-630pm, £10 per person and all mats and props will be provided.
All levels are welcome and will be nurtured and supported.
