Fully Renovated this property. Rewired, new lighting throughout, new boiler, oak flooring throughout, removed kitchen wall to make open plan, granite worktops, new en-suite and bathroom, built in wardrobes. Everything replaced throughout.

Removed the water tank from above, turned it into a usable cupboard, ripped everything out, fitted a shorter profile toilet and sink to maximise space. Modernised everything, rewired, plastered painted floored, new shower and radiator.

Converted this double shop into a gift shop and flower shop, had to reconstruct the floor as it was 70mm out front to back and customer was adamant they wanted a wood floor so the vinyl had to go! Rewired it, moved walls, moved all the plumbing, created a workshop in back for flower arranging, installed new floorboards throughout, sanded and varnished it, installed wall panels, fireplace, hearth, built a counter for the till, bookshelves, shelves, a table for stock, built a card stand, built the two shop fronts, built planter at front of shop, converted an old unit into a sink unit, tiled the back of the shop, painted the outside, plastered the ceiling, painted, installed new lighting, everything, a pretty dramatic transformation. We recently converted the back of this hairdresser shop in Roseburn to replicate the front of the shop. By removing a wall and the old staff room managed to get an extra 3 chairs in, also built storage above the existing toilet, floored it, added in mood lighting, built a colour bar, painted it. The back of the shop is now being used by a hair product company called Goldwell as there Scottish training centre to train all there colourists. The shops called Steven Henderson’s in Roseburn, check it out.

The customer wanted the original bath removed so there would be more space in the room and it replaced with a large shower, also with better access for visitors and more space to wash the dogs!

Basically reformed the room, rewired it, also put in a smaller cloakroom sink unit with electric mirror above. Tiled it which took a while! New radiator, toilet etc The end result looks really good. Even installed a funky orange splash back!!!!

The customer couldn’t open the door to the Edinburgh press properly due to the way the kitchen had been fitted and wanted us to build something to incorporate the press into the kitchen. So we removed the door, framed it all out, fitted doors and got stone cut to match the rest of the kitchen worktops. You wouldn’t know it wasn’t installed as part of the kitchen, looks like a perfect match. We also fitted column radiators throughout and built a box for the electrical box. Pictures below.

After months of planning and weeks of work we’ve just finished this bathroom project in Newhaven. A pretty spectacular transformation!!!!! We removed the old water tank cupboard to open up the room, built a new ceiling, installed ventilation through the flat roof as it’s a conservation area so couldn’t go out the front of the building.

Then changed the layout so moved everything around so works much better now, fitted a lot of Lusso Stone products solid stone, tiled it and re plumbed it. Built wall panels to tie in with the sash and case windows and the features in the rest of the house as it’s Victorian style rather than tile the whole room. Changed everything to black to tie in with the colour scheme. Painted it plastered it, done everything to it that could possibly be done!!! Encountered numerous problems, from the van, illnesses, old leaks and rotten floors but the client was very patient and a pleasure to work with, we got there in the end. We’re going to back next year to build a new downstairs bathroom hopefully, once or if I recover!!!!!

Just finished renovating this bathroom for a customer that’s been waiting nearly a year! Removed the stand alone shower and built storage space.
Removed all the wood, plastered, built new ceiling. Installed new bathroom suite. A bit of a transformation!!!!
