Hargreaves Land has been given planning permission to create two play parks at Blindwells.

One will be constructed at Princes Way, next to the town's new primary school, while the second play area will be within the approved Princes Loch local park, to the north of Blindwells.

As part of the ongoing development of Blindwells we are delighted to announce the recent completion of a new eco-friendly amenity for our residents.

The private residents’ car park close to the newly-created Princes Loch now features five dual charging stations for Electric Vehicles (EVs).

The 7kw charging sockets can accommodate up to 10 cars, and those living on the development need only download a straightforward-to-use app in order to start benefitting from their installation.

Jonathan Graham MRICS, Senior Development Surveyor at Hargreaves Land, said: “EVs are growing in popularity and as a team dedicated to sustainability, charging points have been baked into our plans from the very start.

“We are therefore pleased to have been able to deliver on this commitment to our residents.”
