Well it’s been a week now but still gutted to have missed out on this 2 level office space in Falkirk High Street.
If was still only office classification so residential conversion was not guaranteed, it was B listed, rear access was a little issue and the roof was needing a full overall.
Fair to say a lot stacked against it but we could see the potential, there was different options we could have went with this one had we secured it on closing date.
Unfortunately for us another 7 interested parties seen the same potential and equally felt the risk was worth taking.
This one was clearly not meant for us and the successfully party will no doubt be busy planning their approach.
Lots of lessons learnt whilst doing all the research, or due diligence, on this one which we hope to use for future projects.
Now on with the search for the next potential project 🤞👍
