🐝 Sometimes this job is about more than just moving boxes.

Recently the Bee Smart team carried out a full pack and move for a family relocating from Danderhall to Larbert over two days. Two full days of packing, loading and getting everything ready for their new chapter.

But when it came to key day — through no fault of their own, the keys weren't available due to unforeseen circumstances with their solicitors. Everything was already packed and loaded. The family had nowhere to go.

So we did what felt right.

We dug out their essentials from the load — the things they needed to get by — and made sure this family had what they needed while they wait for the situation to be resolved. Their belongings are now safely in storage and the moment those keys are in their hands, we'll be straight there to deliver and get them settled in.

This is why we do what we do. Moving day doesn't always go to plan — but Bee Smart will always go the extra mile for our customers. Every single time. 🐝
