Edinburgh International Festival is HERE!

It is with excitement that one of the greatest celebrations of arts and culture in the world is fully back!

For the next three weeks, the streets of Edinburgh will be taken by numerous performers, creators and artists, over hundreds of stages and venues across the city. An experience you can't explain until you live it, and definitely the best time to visit!

Our new property in Edinburgh after being renovated!

It is incredible what you can do in just a couple of days if you are certain what is needed. Still a few more improvements to be made, but speed is key and it's now live and getting bookings for the summer.

Situated in a great location, just off Haymarket and Dalry Road. A neighborhood full of live, amenity shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and just a 15 min walk to Princess Street. Superb public transport connections to all main attractions of the city just steps away from the door!

Here is a proposal that we made to our investors last week, for a deal we were very keen to go for.

It is a flip project of a 3 bedroom semi-detached house in the Stirling area. It is a big project considering all it needs to be done, but it means more profit.

Sometimes you have to take bigger projects and put a lot of work into them in order to get a bigger pay off. It also gives you a lot of room to consider different strategies.

Unfortunately, our offer didn't go through this time, but we will stay on the look for more projects like this one.

Great networking event in Dundee!

The power of groups, an amazing learning experience. For the past few days, different people from different management companies came together in this fantastic property event.

Working together, we were able to raise over £100K to finance future projects, in just three days! Something truly remarkable that we probably wouldn’t have achieved on our own. This shows you how productive and important is to work with like-minded people, and to do so as a team.

Thank you to Vincent Hovorka for organizing such a powerful event and to all the people who attended, looking forward to the next one.
