Hi everyone. I’ll be using this page to share my small scale property development projects as well as design stuff from now on, so probably focusing more on construction and development techniques, how to draw them, how to build them, but also, how to finance them, for purchasing your own buildings, in order to develop and add value there.

I hope what I’ve learned is of use to you in your own projects, whether you’re designing, or managing a building project, and thank you for continuing to follow.
