Our Christmas and New Year period is now wide open for new bookings after a cancelation.

Enjoy both Christmas and the New Year in Scotland.

My property is mid-way between Glasgow and Edinburgh so you can enjoy both of Scotland’s largest cities (30mins Car Drive-away) and what they have to offer.
There are also the smaller towns nearby like Livingstone, Hamilton, Motherwell, Falkirk and Stirling (under 30mins by car). A little further away you have Dunfermline (45mins by car) plus lots of other destinations all under an hour away by car.
A taxi to Glasgow or Edinburgh is around £50 each way but as a shared cost, it isn’t so much to ensure safe travel home after a night celebrating.
There are direct train connections from Shotts train station (less than 10 mins walk from the property) to Glasgow Central Train Station and Edinburgh Waverly

Train to Glasgow is £6.30 off-peak return and £9.10 travel any time of day return for an adult
Children under 5 go free children between 5 and 15 are about half the adult fare.

Train to Edinburgh is £11.10 off-peak return and £14.40 travel any time of day return for an adult
Children under 5 go free children between 5 and 15 are about half the adult fare.
