Job opportunity - Letting Agent - Property Manager

We are a large well established firm of Chartered Surveyors letting and managing a wide ranging portfolio of properties in and around Edinburgh.

The role is mainly office based and will require a person with excellent customer service skills as well as experience of working in the private rented sector. You will be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants dealing with tenancy management and maintenance.

We would expect you to have a working knowledge of the main legislative requirements of the industry, an ability to work under pressure and multi task. ARLA Level 6 (or similar) qualification is a distinct advantage but training could be provided for the right candidate.

The role is based within our Edinburgh West End office and salary will be dependent on experience.
