With a huge lounge and dining room overlooking the Water of Leith, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and two good sized double bedrooms this apartment is a great base for your trip to Edinburgh. ire and the landmark clock on the shore. Being situated on the 3rd floor means this flat isn't ideal for people who have mobility issues but if you don't mind three flights of stairs then the views are well worth it when you get up there, I promise! Situated in the heart of historic Leith the apartment has a wealth of restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment right on it's doorstep. Ocean Terminal shopping centre is a short walk along with the Royal Yacht Britannia which is berthed there. Malmaison is along the Shore, some of the best restaurants in town are within a stones throw, and the best of Leith's bars within stumbling distance. There is a taxi rank right outside the flat and it's less than £10 to get into the heart of Edinburgh, busses run every few minutes from outside the flat and on a nice day it's a good walk into Edinburgh. The Water of Leith offers a beautiful walk from Leith up into the Canonmills area of Edinburgh and Leith Links park is nearby. I've also been asked if the clock above the apartment is noisy - it's silent so you don't need to worry about being disturbed by any bells chiming or even hearing any ticking. Bedroom 1 can be set up as a twin room or a superking room, please ensure you have specified your preference at time of booking so that it's set up correctly for your arrival. Bedroom 2 is a double room. Towels, linen, tea coffee etc are all included in the apartment for your arrival. No mid-stay clean will take place unless you book an additional clean. Check in time is from 4pm and departure by 10am to allow sufficient time for housekeeping to have the apartment ready for the next guests arriving. If you require a late checkout an additional night must be booked. Full payment confirms your booking and refunds are only applicable up to two weeks before arrival.
