The apartment is exceptionally bright and spacious and is presented in impeccable condition.

Inside there is a master bedroom ensuite (with a radio in the shower) and TV, second bedroom ensuite, a further double bedroom and single bedroom. All three double bedrooms boast a superking size bed which can be made to accommodate two single beds also.

There is a further bathroom with Jaquzzi bath and TV for the ultimate in luxury and fun!

The kitchen, dining and livingroom are all open plan and benefit from large windows and french doors onto the south-facing balcony overlooking Carrick Knowe Golf Course.

A 50in 4k HD Smart Tv has been installed so you can stream movies on quiet nights in. Or play some background music over dinner. The kitchen is extremely well appointed with NEFF appliances, 5 ring gas burners, a steam cooker and wine chiller.

The apartment sits in beautifully landscaped gardens and is within minutes’ walk of local beauty spots such as Corstorphine Hill Nature Reserve. And is also served by a pedestrian/cycle path that connects with comprehensive cycle routes across the city and beyond.
