Calling all Edinburgh Holiday Let/Serviced Accommodation landlords!!! 🔔 �
As we are all now aware, the new Holiday Let legislation has made Short term let type accommodation in the capital a lot less attractive to investors than it once was. 💰⬇️

License applications, extra costs and the time and hassle of running these properties has taken away the benefits that once came with owning these types of lets across the city. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿�
We have taken on several properties in Edinburgh that are now ex Holiday Lets, with the feedback from landlords saying it’s just not worth the time and effort any more to run and they would prefer the security of a long term let. 🏡 🏡 🏡 �
There’s still great returns with these types of lets and they provide more security and guarantees than the constant turnover of serviced accommodation. 💰⬆️
