🏡 Thinking of offering at a closing date? ALWAYS note your interest first.

Why? Because things can go wrong.

I’ve seen a buyer miss out because their solicitor simply forgot to submit their offer. 😬

Because no Note of Interest had been lodged, I didn’t know they intended to offer — so I had no way of chasing it up.

Meanwhile, the other offers arrived, one was accepted…and that buyer lost their chance.

A Note of Interest means the selling agent knows you’re serious and expecting to offer.

It’s a small step that could prevent a very costly mistake.
