Great news for first-time buyers across Scotland 👏

We were delighted to welcome Cllr Rod Cavanagh for Ward 12 back to our Viewforth development in Kirkcaldy to see the progress being made on site.

It was great for the Whiteburn team to reconnect with Cllr Cavanagh and chat through how the development is continuing to take shape, creating a vibrant new community for the area.

📢 Update – Allanbank, Lauder

We’d like to let local residents know about works and temporary traffic measures on Stow Road as part of our Allanbank development.

From Monday 4 May, works started to bring services into the site and create a new public footpath along the Stow Road / Allanbank boundary. These works are expected to last approximately 10 weeks.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and appreciate your patience while these improvements are carried out.
