On Saturday 12th September, Game4Padel will be running a series of sessions as part of the outdoor padel opening day. Sessions will cater for all abilities and will run from 1–5pm.

Alongside the on-court activities, there will also be food and drink tasting available throughout the afternoon.

All sessions are free of charge.

What happens when poets swap pens for dough?

For Polaris Issue 5: Kneaded Verses, poets Janette Ayachi, Iona Lee, Jane Goldman and Shane Strachan stepped into the bakery to explore breadmaking as a craft, ritual and creative practice.

With a late-night residency at Patina Bakery, flour became poetry through touch, rhythm, transformation, and shared experience.

The result? Fresh new poems inspired by one of humanity's oldest crafts.
