We are proud to be celebrating our twentieth year of trading this year. Since opening our doors in 2002, we have become one of the most consistent and successful agents in the area, if not the leading agent. We offer a full range of bespoke services, whether selling or letting. Unlike our competitors, we have a very experienced team, all of whom have worked here for many years and most importantly, are all local. Hopefully you can see from the amount of people who’ve already used our services and successfully moved, unlike other estate agents, we do deliver. With over 100 years combined experience of working the local market, we offer an exceptional service to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants alike. We work from Egham’s premiere property show room, directly situated next to the exciting Egham Magna Square Development. We are also a recommended agent for most major relocation companies, local solicitors and property companies, helping maintain our standing as one of the areas leading estate agents. Our coverage is second to none, we are on the four biggest property websites in the UK i.e Rightmove, Zoopla, Onthemarket and Primelocation. We have links with over 1100 independent agents countrywide and we are the only estate agent in Egham to be recommended by Movewithus as a member of their panel. We are proud to support the local community, sponsoring several school fetes, Egham Royal Show and various local sports teams. You will also see Nevin & Wells advertising at Egham train station, local post offices, bill boards, various sporting venues including Egham Cricket Club and Virginia Water Football Club. This means people moving into the area come to us first, as we can’t be missed! As we are all local people, it’s nice to give something back. As an Egham resident I am very keen to promote local services and we do have close contacts with several local companies, who are happy to promote our services, giving us the edge over other agents. If you use our services I am confident that you too will gladly recommend us and we feel our page supports this. Kind regards
