Domestic Energy Assessments for existing properties, based in Ellon and working in the surrounding areas. EPC Certificates will be provided after an assessment. In this page, my aim is to provide you with useful information that can help keep your home warm cheaply and reduce costs on your bills. I will also post advice on Renewables and the latest news from the Government. EPC's are required for
buying, renting and selling a property. It is a legal requirement to have an EPC before you sell your property and to have one before you buy. Certificates are valid for 10 years so be sure to check yours. The Scottish EPC register is open to all on the Scottishepcregister.org.uk
EPC's demonstrate how energy efficient your property is. This is based on the building itself and its services (heating, ventilation and lighting)
The recommendation list helps you to see what's applicable to your property. Such as Renewables, Insulation, Heating and many more. These tools are great ways to improve your home, save energy and help to cut CO2 emissions. Contact Home Energy Scotland on: https://www.homeenergyscotland.org/ for advice and to see if you qualify for a Grant/Loan. For Landlords (PRS) -
