BIG changes to the EPC survey are due in June 25. With the implementation of RDSAP 10..

There is now a requirement to measure and record ALL windows, and All light bulbs together with other minor elements.

This is likely to add more time on site and additional calculations, therefore a significate price increase is anticipated.

Landlords should ACT NOW to avoid the more complex survey.
