Our centre light for the kitchen island came from a branch off one of the walnut trees in the garden (the tree was fully consensual! & no trees were harmed in this process), then Harvey Cripps did all the electrics to make it look even more amazing. One very happy lady🥰…. Exactly what I wanted☺️x

An update of the kitchen….. I was waiting until it was finished finished, but everyone is as excited as us and can’t wait for updates. So here are the pics🩷. We are so in love with its progress. The chimney around the cooker will be in reclaimed bricks from walls that we’ve taken down, and we need to paint & glaze the splashback…… There’s already been some scrumptious cakes baked & typical Cripps’s gatherings of roast dinners etc…… It’s all starting to feel like a proper home💙🩷 & we are loving it🥰 xx

We excuse the mess, it’s very hard trying to live a normal life in a house that’s constantly being worked on!! ….. this is our progress of the kitchen/living room…. All stone floors have now been laid😁, everything is now coming together & it’s starting to look like ‘a home’🥰….

The walls are down!!🧱 The first fix electrics in the lounge are done!💡 The plumbing is in utility room & Rupert’s shower room🛁 Windows moved🪟, doors & bifolds fitted🚪.The insulation is down😁…… Things are changing fast, it’s been a few hard weeks, but to get to this is amazing & is really showing us there’s progress being made. Next thing is the floors to be done, which isn’t going to be the easiest, but so worth it….. watch this space!!!
(Please excuse the mess and state of what we are living in!!! We are living the best we can in a building site😂)…..
