🎣 Fermanagh’s fishing festival is back – and it could reel in £130,000 for the local economy.

The return of the Fermanagh Cup Fishing Festival is bringing anglers from across England – and as far afield as Germany – to the county for a five-day competition on Ross Lough.

With 65 competitors spending almost a week in Fermanagh on accommodation, food, hospitality and other local services, organisers estimate the event could generate around £130,000 for the local economy.

And with ambitions to almost double the field next year, the future looks promising for Fermanagh’s angling tourism.
