➕ 264SR is now fully occupied ➕

Room 2 was the only room left, but our final tenant has now moved in meaning 264SR is fully occupied, all at asking rent.

Room 2 was actually my favourite, with the huge exposed brick fireplace utilised as a wardrobe. It has its own rear door as this was the original kitchen and I think this put people off. Maybe it’s because I’m anti-social but I would have definitely preferred my own door!

➕All about the exposed brick at 264SR ➕

We didn’t really plan it, but when we starting stripping back we decided to keep the exposed brick and go with an industrial feel. We think it works really well against the cast iron fireplaces and the OSB boxing with scaffold board desks.

Our tenants loved the finish and we are nearly fully let with the first tenants moving in Monday!

➕ LET’S TALK KITCHENS ➕

Kitchens are our favourite part of a refurb. We love this kitchen so much it’s the second time we’ve used it, this time in a shaker style with matt black handles.
➕
The quality of marble effect laminates can vary hugely, some are almost impossible to tell they aren’t marble or quartz without touching and others look like cheap from a mile off. We made that mistake once with a utility worktop from IKEA and now always make sure we see the laminate before buying. It’s the most important part of the kitchen!

➕ It has been a real struggle to get it to this stage, but we are hoping we will be ready to start viewings in the next few weeks
