An exceptional result achieved at our most recent auction for the stunning Fell Mill, Honington, near Shipston-on-Stour.
This remarkable Grade II Listed former water mill, set within approximately 2.6 acres and boasting over 4,000 sq. ft. of accommodation, generated fantastic interest ahead of the auction before successfully selling under the hammer for £951,000.
