A solid week’s progress as we push on with the ground floor slab and rising structure.
Plenty of bodies on site, moving at pace – and the crane’s already earning its keep.

The boss casually mentioned “let’s get a shot from the top of the crane”.
Considering if we want "employee of the month" that much...

This section combines hand-laid knapped flint with tight, clean mortar lines and carefully executed brick returns – all capped with chiselled cornerstones. It’s a labour-intensive finish, but one that brings real texture and distinction to the elevations.

A strong showing of craftsmanship on this one.

Spotted on our travels through Guatemala… and we had to stop and stare.

A vertical cut like this, with no propping, no support... and a church just metres from the edge. Quite literally, praying nothing gives way.

Between earthquakes, tropical storms, and time itself, there’s more than enough to contend with.

At JBS, temporary works and structural support aren’t an afterthought. They’re a duty of care.
