Happy New Year to all 😊
After a bit of a dodgy year — 2025 started with a ripped tricep (clean off 😂🤦‍♀️), so an operation was needed.
I’m now pretty much back to fighting fit ✔️
Looking forward to a fresh year ahead 🙏🏻

Unfortunately I’ve had to have a tricep tendon operation from a fall on the stairs 🤦‍♂️but should be back fighting fit in august as it’s a long healing process and lots of physio.
