The Citadel – Flexible Offices & Individual Work Pods

It’s been just six weeks since we took the decision to create a completely new business offering for Cullompton — and the project is already moving from concept to reality.

Work is now well underway on The Citadel, a professional business facility designed for focused, high-quality work in a calm and well-finished environment.

When complete, the space will include:

• Six large private office rooms

• Four sound-insulated individual work pods

• A dedicated meeting room

• Full-fibre (FTTP) high-performance internet throughout

• Flexible Rental options - rent by the day, week, month, year - open to all requirements.

We’re aiming for the full facility to be fully renovated and operational by mid-March 2026.

This is an early update for now — more details and visuals will follow as the build progresses.

Argyll House is really beautiful student house located very close to Exeter University. We’ve had the privilege of hosting many hundreds of UK & International students over the last 15 years.

So it’s finally time to start another project, that was put on hold for a number of different reasons.

This building has been in my plans since 2019. I’ve gone through several iterations of what I should do with it. Originally it was a beautiful double fronted Victorian house. The features and proportions are beautiful.

The right moment matters and that moment has arrived.

Something new will be coming to Cullompton in the new year and l hope that it endures as long as this beautiful building has.

So after almost two years of significant work, we have revitalised this stunning building in Topsham. Williams Court - Finally Complete and Landscaped

Well it’s been a very busy time for our company over the last two years. We have continued to grow our portfolio and our primary conversion project is working its way to the finish line.

Williams Court is a development of five houses and four apartments. It’s an extra special development for me and my family. It is dedicated to my grandfather William Maguire and my wife’s grandfather Fred Williams. We are lucky that we could dedicate the one development to both families.

We are looking for a property portfolio manager / Personal Assistant to help manage our growing property investment business.

The role is based in Cullompton, Devon and will involve a combination of office based work, regular inspections of the properties, interaction with tenants, problem solving and trouble shooting and assisting the directors with a variety of administrative tasks.

This is an ideal opportunity
for someone with an interest in property investment or property development.

Experience in the residential rental market and all of the regulatory requirements for residential lettings would be beneficial.

This role also requires excellent administrative skills and professional customer service skills.

The role could potentially start as a part time role with flexible hours to suit the candidate. However it will become a full time role in 2022.
