We made it!

After a crazy busy summer, our student properties are finally refurbished and ready for another academic year.

The students have started to arrive — excited, happy and ready for the year ahead. And for some of them, it’s lovely to welcome them back for their second or even third year of study. 💛

There’s been a lot of hard work, long days and plenty of decisions along the way, but seeing the finished properties and our students settling in makes it all worthwhile.

Check out the view from one of the bedroom windows, possibly one of the most spectacular views anyone could wish for, student or not.

Behind the Scenes...

Now is one of our busiest times of year when we're preparing our student properties for the new academic year.

Behind every ready-to-move-into house and room is a huge amount of work—from maintenance and decorating to safety checks, deep cleaning and those finishing touches that make a property feel like home.

A new kitchen nearly complete at this property. Every day we get one step closer to welcoming another group of students.

Some projects definitely make you stop and think... "What have we taken on here?!" 😅

Our latest renovation is certainly one of those.
The first photo shows where we're starting. The second is the vision of what we hope it will become.

There is always a lot of hard work, problem-solving (and probably a few unexpected surprises!) between now and then, but that's all part of what we do—bringing neglected buildings back to life and creating spaces people will love.

We can't wait to see this transformation unfold, and we'll be sharing the journey with you every step of the way.
