The My Student Village accommodation team are on site Monday to Saturday during office hours to help with any queries. There is also an Out-of-Hours service for reporting any emergency maintenance issues. Conveniently located just 2 minutes walk from Exeter St David’s train station, Point Exe is also a 15 minute walk from the Exeter University campus and 10 minutes from the city centre. Facilities in the area include a hair salon, take-away, newsagent, convenience store and two popular pubs; The Jolly Porter and The Imperial. The area is well served by public transport with easy access to walks along the picturesque River Exe and the city’s historic quayside.
